What It Is
A core belief of Cary Fit Project is that your approach to fitness should be flexible. Sometimes, life brings unexpected obstacles that make it difficult to go to the gym on a regular basis. We designed our 8 Week Program with the goal of helping you adapt to life's challenges and prioritize your physical and mental wellbeing through them.
Our 8 Week Program is an online workout program designed to be done entirely at home with minimal equipment. By using a series of checks and balances, we ensure you get the most out of our 8 Week program and address any weakness that may be holding you back. No matter if you're looking to kickstart your fitness journey, return to activity after an injury, or stay active without a gym membership, we're here for your fitness needs.
3 to 4 micro-progressive workouts per week that ensure that you'll safely build strength.
Access to our exercise library, which contains video instruction of all exercises in the program so you can follow along.
Weekly group check-ins over Zoom to help you stay accountable and get the most out of the program.
