At Cary Fit Project, we’re all about being adaptable. Sometimes life throws unexpected obstacles your way, and you can’t make it to the gym or continue your regular fitness routine. That’s why we created our 8 Week Program: to help you continue on with your fitness journey with minimal equipment. In this program, you have 3-4 workout sessions a week to cover push, pull, and lower body exercises. All moves come with video demonstration, so you can be confident that you’re performing each exercise correctly. Additionally, you’ll also receive remote check-in sessions that will help you stay accountable and answer any questions you may have. Whether you’re coming back from an injury or in a busy season of life, we want you to be able to gain strength, improve mobility, and perfect your form all from home.
