HOW IT WORKS

Cary Fit Project aims to make it easier to fit wellness into your life. The 8 Week Program is done remotely, so there's no need to go to the gym or buy expensive equipment. By the end of the next 8 weeks, you can expect to feel stronger, more energized, and more capable.  

 

When you first join the 8 Week Program, you'll get:

  • Access to our exercise library to guide you through each exercise in the program.

  • Remote coaching services to make sure that you're getting the most out of the program.

  • A downloadable PDF that maps out all stages of the program

  • Entry to our 8 Week Program Group, allowing you to connect with other participants, ask Lindsey questions, and cheer each other on. 

  • Individualized corrective exercises to rectify muscular imbalances based on your unique anatomy. 

  • A strong foundation that will propel you to the next stage in your fitness journey.
