BUILD TOTAL-BODY STRENGTH
The 8 Week Program
This foundational program is the ideal way to start your fitness journey. It builds muscle, improves mobility, and helps create a sustainable fitness routine. Each week has three to four workouts that use minimal equipment and feature guided video instruction. You can perform each workout at home or in the gym—whichver is most convenient for you.
IMPROVE YOUR MOVEMENT MECHANICS
CFP Core Series
Our Core Series walks you through three levels of core exercises—foundational, intermediate, and advanced—that work to improve your movement mechanics, balance and stability, and posture in three months. By targeting all planes of movement with eccentric, concentric, and isometric exercises, your core will become the strongest it's ever been, supporting you through the rest of your fitness journey.
