THE 8 WEEK PROGRAM

What It Is
A core belief of Cary Fit Project is that your approach to fitness should be flexible. Sometimes, life brings unexpected obstacles that make it difficult to go to the gym on a regular basis. We designed our 8 Week Program with the goal of helping you adapt to life's challenges and prioritize your physical and mental wellbeing through them.

Our 8 Week Program is an online workout program designed to be done entirely at home with minimal equipment. By using a series of checks and balances, we ensure you get the most out of our 8 Week program and address any weakness that may be holding you back. No matter if you're looking to kickstart your fitness journey, return to activity after an injury, or stay active without a gym membership, we're here for your fitness needs.


What's Inside

  • Each week, you'll perform 3 to 4 micro-progressive workouts that ensure that you'll safely build strength.

  • You'll also gain access to our exercise library, which contains video instruction of all exercises in the program so you can follow along.

  • We also provide group virtual training to ensure that you're working out with proper form and to address your movement mechanics, creating a strong foundation that will propel you forward on your fitness journey.

MEET YOUR TRAINER

LINDSEY DELORENZE

Born in Saratoga Springs, NY and raised in Cary, NC, Lindsey grew up playing soccer in NC and attended Apex High School. In college, she attended and played for N.C. State University before transferring and playing at the University of Florida. Afterwards, she competed in the WPSL in Florida before returning to Cary to launch Oak City United, a soccer team dedicated to providing more competitive opportunities for women's soccer in the Triangle area. The injuries she faced over her decades long participation in sports inspired her to help others overcome the injuries she herself faced. She sought a versatile education and training that would allow her to help others exceed their fitness goals.

Lindsey's bachelor's degree and master's degree in health and wellness, 20+ certifications, and over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, which demonstrates her unwavering passion and dedication to help people become healthy, happy, and fulfill their true potential radiating in all facets of their lives and grow that business to make a positive impact on a large scale.
